Online Consent Form Creation

For our established clients who have access to the internet, we provide online forms which drivers/HR Department can complete and print.

These forms which are identical to the paper version, allows the client to email drivers as part of a sign up campaign and our sophisticated system provides data to them enabling authorisation, acceptance or refusal.
