You can have confidence your valuable drivers data will be treated safely and securely because we are also fully ISO 27001 accredited. The information may be processed on‐line or via fax and Freepost.

Web Access: In addition to our standard reporting, clients can access their driver details securely through our client website. In addition to summarising the current status of drivers, the client can easily zoom in on individual drivers and categories of risk.

Security and Identity Fraud

We understand that your drivers may be reluctant to give their details out to an external organisation, given the increasing prevalence of identity theft.

As a company we are very aware of this issue and attempt to take all possible precautions:

• We only provide addresses of drivers on our reports when we have problems with the drivers details, and key elements are removed from UK licence numbers so that they can be used for identification but not to assist fraud.
• Our staff are fully vetted prior to employment.
• In addition to providing secure websites for driver details, we only store sufficient information on the website for the person to be identified, but not enough to aid any impersonation attempts.
• You have to positively identify and authorise your staff in order for them to get access to the Website.
• You approve your staff individually and so have the ability to limit access to drivers within their individual areas of responsibility.
• To ensure security is maintained we hold security data to uniquely identify each employee who can gain access to the website.
• We are able to rely on Key Directors (who are from a Police Background) to assist us in maintaining our security.
