Customer expansion and new online compliance tool drives new growth at Licence Bureau.

Licence Bureau has bolstered their Systems and Account Management team with two new team members after a significant period of growth, which has seen the Hemel Hempstead-based fleet driver licence checking and compliance company sign up new clients such as Network Rail, Severn Trent Water and Scottish Enterprise.

This growing client base follows the recent launch of its Compliance Managed Services portal, which enables fleets to flag up and proactively manage a host of driver risk issues.

Ashwini Vaspate and Gareth Cox have joined as Systems Developer and Account Manager respectively, while Chris Mousoula has moved internally from Account Management into his new role as Systems Analyst.

Bringing a wealth of development experience from the telecoms and facilities management industry, Ashwini Vaspate joins Licence Bureau to focus on their new web portal and interaction with the DVLA’s new Integrated Enquiry Platform.

Gareth Cox joins as Account Manager and his primary role will be to support Licence Bureau’s growing number of clients following its online portal launch.

Finally, Chris Mousoula is promoted to Systems Analyst, following three years in an account management role. His new position will see him support the growing need for client-focused systems development heading into 2015.

Malcolm Maycock, Licence Bureau’s Managing Director, said “These appointments are an acknowledgement of our business growth and evolution to being a leading provider of compliance managed services.

“Since launching our online compliance management services (CMS) portal we have had a number of interested parties speak to us about rolling it out to their customers. As each system is bespoke to a user’s requirements, this will need additional support within our systems development team.

“We also hope to announce some new services and functionality to our compliance portal over the coming weeks, which will help cover off other areas of risk for companies,” he added.

In what’s expected to be another busy year for Licence Bureau, an additional two Account Managers are also being appointed over the coming weeks to manage an increase in business.
