Everyone who completes the survey will receive two free Brake guidance reports for employers on fleet safety incorporating the results. In addition, you will be entered into a prize draw, with the chance to win two free tickets to Brake’s annual fleet awards and gala dinner, worth £300.
To take part your organisation must employ people who drive for work purposes (i.e. on company time, including to meetings and appointments, but not including commuting). Please only submit one response per organisation.
