Target audience
Any manager/supervisor of staff who drive at work.

Aims & objectives
To promote understanding and support of organisational measures to improve the management of work related road safety.
To introduce key issues that deliver a practical application of managing risks when driving at work.
Course Content
Using case studies staff will be able to examine methods of managing and reducing road risks for those who drive at work.
Highlighting a theoretical safety model and applying it within a driving at work context.
A review of collision causation factors and identification of how to reduce or prevent the risks.
Understand what creates risk and causes collisions.
Recognise the significance of hazard perception skills.
Awareness of the social, financial, legal and reputational costs of collisions.
Awareness of the management role in reducing work related road risks.
Number of attendees
Between 8 and 12 (more could be engaged but this will reduce successful participation levels).

Any staff member who drives at work in either a company vehicle or as a grey fleet owner driver.
