Your Alerts dashboard provides you with an overview of your current risk and immediate access to more detailed information.
Alerts are graded by priority categories as follows;
- Critical (eg Expired Licence)
- High (eg 8+ points)
- Medium (eg. new penalty points)
- Low (eg. eyesight correction)
You decide which alerts you require and which member of staff will be assigned. All alerts are tracked and audited.
Alerts can also trigger a user defined email prompt to take action. The user can then assign the alert elsewhere for further action.
Automatic interventions can also be set such as risk assessment, e-learning and online training depending on your policies and procedures.
