A mandatory 5-hour course for Cat B licence holders to drive an AFV goods vehicle not exceeding 4.25 tonnes

In 2018, UK law was changed so that the weight limit for Cat B driving licence holders driving alternatively fuelled vehicles could be increased from 3.5 tonnes to 4.25 tonnes. This increase in the maximum authorised mass is to offset the loss of payload capacity due to the weight of the batteries.
