Based on client insight we have made the following improvements to the eDeclaration process:-
- Drivers can cancel and return to the process later to start again without the need to contact LB support for a new link
- Drivers now only need to verify against their email address rather than their forename + surname
- If a driver enters their verification code in wrongly 3 times or passes the 30 minute timeout, they can start the process again without the need to contact LB support for a new link.
