A new guide was launched at the Transport & Logistics Safety Forum (TLSF) Conference on 8 November 2017 as contributed to by Licence Bureau.
It aims to support driver, recruitment, retention and engagement, the ‘FORS Effective Driver Management – An Industry Code of Practice’ (the first of its kind) was created to support fleet managers in the effective management of their drivers with top tips on recruitment, retention and engagement.
