Personnel updates at Licence Bureau

Home > News > Personnel updates at Licence Bureau

On the back of a positive trading year Licence Bureau have reviewed our operational structure, resulting in positive changes for 2012.

During the latter half of 2011 Catherine Duffy changed roles to become a full time manager supporting our IT operation as well as being responsible for a key invoicing project. We also recruited a senior member of the accounts team, Coral Stroud, who now has overall responsibility for accounts.

In early December we recruited three new staff members to the administration and account team. One junior member Jacob Marton will train on all aspects of the DLV process with a focus post this on the administration side of the business. We also recruited Jamie Taylor who is dedicated to grey fleet process management and whose responsibilities will be driver and document processing along with compliance management.

Finally Adam Bennitt joined as account manager, which brings us to Darren Wardle who is leaving us at the end of January for pastures new. Adam is already well into his induction and from today is shadowing Darren to ensure a smooth transition which will result in continuity of service for customers.

Darren spent over 2 years with Licence Bureau and developed into a valuable member of the team.

Finally we are currently recruiting for an office manager and should have someone in place by early January, this role is designed to manage the administration and account team operations and to step jump our overall performance across many aspects of the service we provide.

Licence Bureau continues to experience growth across its DLV and grey fleet propositions, our brand and customer marketing is raising awareness of our service and fingers crossed we are setting ourselves for a successful 2012 and beyond.

If you would just like to know about how any of our services could help meet your organisation’s objectives, drop us a line.
