Malcolm Maycock of Licence Bureau – This is a common sense approach and one where companies who become compliant will not be penalised, will continue to see the benefit of controls, savings and be able to budget for their future. Those that are not compliant will not only be fined but will be subject to the intervention costs which they will have no control of.
