Risk Assessment on-line driver assessment and e-learning is the next step in our end to end duty of care for drivers-at-work. With a flexible, online driver assessment and training system that is quickly and easily deployed to ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety Law.

In order to produce a manageable personal risk profile which is both accurate and thorough, we assess each candidate in three distinct areas:

Knowledge, Attitude and Skill

  • Assess a driver’s Knowledge – 20 random questions extracted from the Highway Code with feedback after each question.
  • Assess a driver’s Attitude – driver is asked to consider their driving over the past 12 months and give feedback on statements.
  • Assess a driver’s Skills – using the latest 3D graphics and HD video on hazard awareness and reflection.

The assessment delivers remedial e-learning modules based on the risk profile of each driver so eliminating the critical time between identification of need and provision of remediation.

Following the assessment which takes approximately 30 minutes and does not need to be completed in one go, each candidate will immediately be presented with at least 20 remedial e-learning modules to address areas of weakness identified by the assessment.

Risk Assessment has been designed to target the fleet vehicle driver or those who drive either their own vehicle, hire car, pool car or are occasional drivers.

The data from the assessment provides a robust audit trail and comprehensive risk profile

This ensures employers are in a much better position to decide which type of corrective education and training to utilise.

Risk Assessment uses the latest in CGI animation and hi-definition video footage to create an interactive and engaging experience for users.

Not only will your employees be completing mandatory compliance, they will also be gaining valuable skills on topics such as eco driving, journey planning and dealing with distractions; all of which are designed to make them better, safer drivers.

Whatever their risk profile looks like, all 20 remedial education modules listed below are made available to staff upon completion of the assessment. The only difference will be which modules are marked for compulsory completion.

This allows you, the employer, the opportunity to encourage employees to complete non-compulsory modules as part of their ongoing learning journey.

There is a short test at the end of each module to ensure they have been worked through thoroughly.

Each module will take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete and the results are sent to the management information system to form part of the employee audit trail.

The e-learning modules are listed below:

  • Safety margins
  • Frustrations
  • Collisions, Breakdowns and Documentation
  • Motorways
  • Eye scanning
  • Fatigue
  • Red Lights
  • Speed Awareness
  • Passing and Overtaking
