To take part, you must employ people who drive for work purposes (i.e. on company time, including to meetings and appointments, but not including commuting). Please only submit one response per organisation.
Everyone who completes this survey will receive two free Brake guidance reports for fleet managers, incorporating results of this survey. If you are not a Fleet Safety Forum subscriber, please provide your email address at the end so we can send you your reports.
