TTC Group partners with AT&F Solutions to deliver online health and safety training

TTC Group, via its Licence Bureau subsidiary, has introduced a new, online suite of accredited RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) and CPD (Continuing Personal or Professional Development) health and safety training courses.

The courses, delivered in partnership with health and safety training specialists AT&F Solutions, are now available through Licence Bureau to both existing and new customers.

The online learning management system provides businesses with access to 45 modules which are split into four clear categories: mandatory business requirements; healthcare/NHS specific; business policy/management training; and task or role specific.

The development is a natural progression for Licence Bureau’s established road safety compliance journey which already covers areas such as licence validation, grey fleet management and in car training.

The host of subject matters covered range from the mandatory business requirements covering such areas as Fire Safety in the Workplace; Manual Handling; Slips Trips and Falls through to task or role specific training such as Covid-19 Staff Awareness; First Aid Essentials; and Risk Management.

The training allows businesses to deliver safe working practices with minimum downtime or disruption to the business. The 24/7 online availability also allows attendees to study at their location of choice, at their chosen time and at their own pace providing a highly personalised learning journey.

All courses provide instant certification meaning business and employee records can be managed in real time.

AT&F’s portfolio of health and safety training courses is also currently being integrated into TTC Group’s real time risk management platform – TTC Continuum and scheduled to go live from January 2021. Once integrated, all courses will be available via the TTC Continuum user dashboard.

Established in 1997, AT&F Solutions provides a complete workforce training and learning management system to organisations such as FedEx, NHS, Ministry of Defence and AON. Its solutions help businesses ensure that staff are correctly trained, and that legislative compliance is met by making statutory training requirements simple. This is supported by a rich data based reporting dashboard and learning management system which is also fully GDPR compliant.

The TTC Continuum – Dynamic Data Engine is a first for the fleet sector, integrating data from many sources including telematics, driver behaviour and in-vehicle technology, to deliver unparalleled insight into driver risk and compliance management through real-time dashboards and management information.

The AT&F Solutions partnership is one of several new, complimentary product and service announcements expected to be added to the platform before the end of the year.
